Delivery Terms

Wintech Sports endevours to turn around orders within 4-6 weeks* from the date of receiving a complete order.

All logo’s, sizes and designs must be sent in order for the manufacturing of the order to commence. Any delays in sending these details will hold up the production and will have a knock on effect on the turn around.

Orders received prior to or during a public/bank holiday**, may take slightly longer to produce. Details on this can be given at the time of placing the order.

Delivery of goods from Wintech Sports Head Office to customers, is made via courier on a 24 hour working day service and is charged at £10 GBP per parcel (up to 20kg) i.e. 3 parcels will cost £30 GBP.

Generally, as no deposit is taken up front, delivery of goods to customers will only be made once payment has been received in full i.e. a bank transfer for the full amount or a cheque for the full amount must be transfered/posted to Wintech Sports Head Office prior to delivery.

Club Shop

We will aim to discpatch items ordered from our club shop facility within 2 weeks of ordering.

Delivery charges for club shop items will be charged at £4.50 per packet.

* 4-6 weeks turn around is from WIntech Sports manufacturing department to Wintech Sports Head Office: Unit 8 TItan House, Calleva Park, READING RG7 8AA. Delivery/collection from the customer   is dependant on payment and availability
